This downtown hotel offers more than a good night’s sleep. A number of visitors were happy with spic and span rooms, sleep number beds, helpful staff, food, pool, location and views of the river and the lake. However, some guests griped about poor service, dated dirty rooms, used linen, overpriced breakfast, cheap furniture, out-of-order toilet, design of room and old business center.
