Great hotel, great location, nice staff. Two imperfections: 1) the front desk gave my friend (whose Name wasn't on the reservation) a key, and 2) I asked for a roll away before going out for the night, when we returned it had not been delivered.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Overall it was a good experience and the staff at the Radisson was friendly and helpful. Loved the location but didn't at all care for paying $15 a day for hotel parking or $9.95 per day for high-speed internet. Those costs should have been built into the room charge.

Location on the river and next to Congress Ave bridge.

Parking for hotel guests was way to high at $15 per day.

The Radisson Hotel and Suites Austin, a short drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, is complete with restaurant, bar and swimming pool. USA Today on weekdays, Austin American Statesman on weekends and in-room coffee are complimentary. This downtown hotel offers more than a good nights sleep. A number of visitors were happy with spic and span rooms, sleep number beds, helpful staff, food, pool, location and views of the river and the lake. However, some guests griped about poor service, dated dirty rooms, used linen, overpriced breakfast, cheap furniture, out-of-order toilet, design of room and old business center.
