It was fine and probably a good one star...I had just never stayed at a one star.

This hotel was actually nicer than we expected. It was nice to have a little kitchen in the room! However, it was a little creepy when the cheap fitted sheet came off during the night and I found myself sleeping directly on the mattress! It still makes my skin crawl!
It was very good for the price, but definitely not a luxury hotel!
No mattress pad on the bed, and it no refresh services if you are not staying for more than a week.

We were transferred to the Extended Stay Hotels, down the street from the Homestead Suites, due to inadequate rooms for our group. The answers for this survey are about that hotel. The hotel staff at the Homestead Studio Suites were very helpful in accommodating us and getting our whole group settled elsewhere.
Staff kind, helpful; rooms sufficient size.
No shampoo, blankets in the room when we arrived.

This Homestead is designed for self-catering holidays and / or long stays. Most of the travelers were satisfied with cleanliness, comfortable furniture and beds, accessible rooms, well-equipped kitchens, customer service and value for the money spent. However, some guests complained about small musty rooms, wear and tear, mal-functioning amenities, loud air-conditioning units, very limited soap and spotty customer service.
