The Extended Stay America Austin - Downtown -Town Lake is close to Interstate I-35 enabling easy travel to the city and beyond. The suites all have separate sleeping, living and working areas and are popular with families wanting to tour the area and businessmen who want more of a home away from home rather than a hotel room. There are numerous stores and shopping malls nearby and a golf course within easy driving distance.

Extended Stay America Downtown Town Lake Accommodations

All the suites come with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and stovetop, toaster and a refrigerator. Other amenities include work desk, Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone and cable TV with movie channels. There is no charge for local phone calls.

Amenities offered

The reception office is open from 7am until 11pm seven days a week and can assist with mail delivery and fax and copying services. There is a coin laundry on-site. Housekeeping services are limited but should you want extra cleaning it can be provided at an additional fee. There is no restaurant on-site but there are numerous eating places and lounges nearby. One pet is allowed in each guest room. A $25 per day non-refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed $75) will be charged the first night of your stay.
