nice hotel. furniture and bedding a little worn, should ask do you want a smoking or non smoking room. at the omni the whole floor was dedicated to smoking and once you open the elevator door you were hit with smoke. however the hotel staff did come and spray our room to rid it of the smoke.

The Omni in Austin is a very lovely hotel. It's very clean, has all the amenities, and the rooms are beautifully appointed. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and bed linens. I would definitely recommend the stay. However, the brochure promised milk and cookies for the children with their "turn down service" and this was not provided, even with requested with a phone call. Also in a gift pack given the children there was a cup which the brochure promised that the kids could use to qualify for free refills. No one at the hotel seemed to know about that promise nor did they fulfill it.

I only stayed there one night. I feel going to a spa, very soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
Soothing atmosphere, TV with soothing music on when you first come in. Tall ceiling room in the first floor. Pool in the front.
Right next to the freeway a little bit noisy.

This multi-storied luxury property offers contemporary conveniences. Almost all visitors were pleased with everything and they would love to stay here again. They appreciated well-appointed spotless rooms, comfy beds, swimming pool, restaurant, location, complimentary parking and personable and helpful staff. However, a few guests were annoyed with low water-pressure in shower, overpriced food, uncomfortable beds and bird droppings on car parked in the hotel.
