All great but the toilet was weird - either sucked your but down the drain or failed miserably???

The room we got was on the highway side of the building and it was very noisy all night. The room was not that clean - there was spilled tea or coffee on the nightstand and bedside phone that had not been cleaned up. The bathroom was pretty hairy :P and there was a spider between the sheets when we pulled them down. I wear socks in a hotel room and they turned black from the dirt. The staff was super friendly, but we got our requested 4AM wake-up call at 12:45AM ! Yikes! I'd stay at one of the other close hotels if I needed to be by the airport again.

The deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel and our room was exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable with cotton sheets and feather pillows. This is a quality hotel for a fair price at a nice location.

the shuttle driver was the best - he was a wealth of information. The hotel was clean. We would stay there again.

Excellent service. My request for lower floor was honored as I was traveling with my dog. I was even given a room near an exit. Very accommodating

The service here was fantastic. My friend had a migraine and needed to go for medication. The hotel provided a van, and the driver was so concerned, he went in with her to be sure she was okay. Since there wasn't a restaurant there, my friend was ill, and I didn't really want to go out, I went down and the staff called in and ordered a pizza to be delivered to our room! Leaving the next day, we missed the scheduled shuttle to the airport, but the driver took us anyway. They were very customer and service oriented here. We were very appreciative!
