I probably looked bad when I checked in, but was treated as if I was an important guest. The room service was excellent and the quality of the hotel was more of a 4 star to me instead of a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in many hotels on my many trips to Austin. Including the downtown Hyatt and Embassy Suites, Four Seasons, etc. and this hotel was just as good if not better.

Excellent accommodations Excellent service. Very high quality treatment. I would not hesitate to use this service or this hotel again. Enjoyable and convenient to Austin & my needs on this trip to the state capital.

Ease of check in and services. Accommodations excellent.

No receipt at the check out. All was "on line". I needed one for my business office's records.

The pet-friendly Embassy Suites Austin Central is less than four miles from downtown Austin and provides a courtesy shuttle. Other items included with the room rate at this 260 all-suites, full-service hotel are a cooked-to-order breakfast, a managers reception every evening with a light meal and beverages, local telephone calls, in-room tea and coffee, a copy of USA Today and parking. This is a stylish and comfortable hotel and several couples said it proved ideal for a romantic weekend getaway. The suites are spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were some minor moans about having to pay for Internet access when neighboring properties were not charging. Management responded saying that plans were underway to have Internet access included with some packages. Many clients were impressed with the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and the evening social and said this Embassy Suites would be their hotel of choice on future visits to Austin.
