I enjoyed this hotel very much and so did my family. The indoor pool was nice and could have been a little warmer, but the kids were happy that they got to swim even though it was cold and rainy outside. We have stayed at 10-12 different Embassy Suites and this one is definitely in the top 3.

We love staying at Embassy suites. The cook to order breakfast and manager's reception is excellent.

Most hotel that stay in for business offered "free" High Speed Internet.

My daughter really liked the swans. You really have to know how to get around the area to get to where you want to go, but once you learn, it's great. Staff was excellent - I will stay there whenever I go to Austin. I wish we could have stayed a few more days. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, with plenty of room to relax and stretch out. I didn't want to leave the hotel for anything!

I liked the quietness of the rooms.

I loved everything - no complaints.

The Embassy Suites Hotel Austin Arboretum hotel, a full-service all-suite property, is minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Near by local attractions include Sixth Entertainment District, Bob Bullock Texas Museum, the Arboretum, One World Theatre and the Domain Mall. The 3-star conveniently located hotel provides an assortment of modern amenities for business and leisure travelers. Almost all travelers enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks at evening reception and made-to-order breakfast. Staff won praise for courteous warm service. They also liked clean comfortable accommodations, wide-screen televisions, 24/7convenience store, courtesy shuttle and indoor pool. Its central location was another plus. However, a few guests were annoyed with dated room décor, noisy flush, poor service and cold pool. They also complained that their credit card (s) was debited for incidentals without any prior notice.
