The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful. They are renovating. I had a very nice room, good size. The room charge is a little high to not include free breakfast, but the food was great.

The room overall was clean and nice, but the channel selection was not too great, the bathroom was extremely small (no space to move in, and the shower would not drain due to it being clogged). Also if you choose to drink the water that is provided in the room its cost is $2.75. Also breakfast is not free! The customer service that I did received was great.

This was a great hotel. Staff was especially helpful; and the cleaning staff was great! The only thing I would change would be to offer a Continental Breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly. I needed to find a location close to I-35 and sometimes the hotels at this price are not always the best places to stay at as far as being clean and new. I will stay there again.

My stay for 2 nights 3 days was wonderful. After we checked in we had 4 more rooms of guest we referred due to the excellent staff. The maid service was very good also. The only thing I can say they could have , which most hotels are going to is, complimentary continental breakfast for the same price as other hotels. Other wise this was a very clean and good place to stay. I will stay there again.

My daughter and I were visiting UT and we chose Courtyard by Marriott due to its location and familiarity with the chain. The room was clean and the service was good. Breakfast was exceptional. Getting to UT was a breeze. All in all a great place to stay for getting to downtown Austin and UT.
