Bathroom tolit not properly secured to the floor (room 305) No Hot water first day, No phone service first day and Ice machine not working. All listed to the Manager.

I found out that for the price that I paid for these hotel I could have stayed at a better place...the carpet in our room was dirty, the towels were cheap and the window unit air conditioning made a loud noise that did not let me sleep, I will never stay in this hotel chain for as long as I live...!

There was a different odor in every hallway, staircase, and lobby in this hotel. The room itself was bearably odiferous. Hallway door handles were falling off. Old stains on the sheets. Rickety old air conditioner with broken knobs. The room was really small. The sink console was ridiculously small. The iron was locked to the wall socket. Cheap styrofoam coffee cups. There are lots of corners being cut here.

I stayed two nice nights without any big problem. My only minor concerns were no hot water and pool need improvement.

Meeting room I reserved wasn't set Took twice to get it right. 1 of 4 AC units worked properly. Room was either hot & you couldn?t hear or almost tolerable, loud & noisy. Coffee was cold. Shower small, the more you turned up the hot water the less pressure you got. Ran the AC on high and coldest all night. There was a mouse in another room. Everything was old & dirty. Public areas aren?t cooled. Manager was very rude when I complained. Said he wouldn?t charge for the coffee (cold) & the ice, which is free.

Stayed one night and will NEVER stay there again. The rooms were OLD and dirty. TV didnt work right. Lights were broken. Changed rooms but was had similiar problems with the next one.Thru-out the place the carpets were very worn and dirty. Mold was also a problem in the bathrooms. DO NOT STAY THERE!
