The 107-room Fairfield Inn by Marriott Arlington provides affordable accommodation equally suited to the business traveler or families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is close to the Six Flags theme park and operates a complimentary shuttle. Other items included in the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet with the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include two golf courses, the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, Arlington Convention Center, Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, the Palace of Wax and Ripley's Believe It or Not, the Arlington Museum of Art and Texas Motor Speedway.

Several visitors to this inn say that this hotel has the softest beds in town, a bountiful breakfast buffet and affordable rates. Those here with children to visit Six Flags say they saved money by using the hotel trolley to get to the park. They avoided the parking charges. The employees were complemented for being friendly and efficient. Some customers said the rooms were not large – but nor where the hotel prices.
