The 89-room Courtyard Amarillo provides quality accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler in an area known as the heart of Texas and home to the American Quarter Horse Association. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has one meeting room for social or business functions that can accommodate 50 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is within easy driving distance of three golf courses and near the corporate offices of Bell Helicopter, Pantex, Boeing and Conoco Phillips. Nearby attractions include the Texas Musical Theater, Splash Amarillo Water Park and the Big Texan Steak Ranch.

Courtyard Amarillo Accommodations
All the guestrooms have a well-lit, large work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, mini-refrigerator, telephone with data ports, cable television with movie channels, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and health club. There is a full service business center, coin-operated laundry, vending machines and a picnic area with a barbecue grill. The Courtyard Café is only open for breakfast but there is a 24-hour The Market on-site offering a full range of snacks and beverages. Room service operates in the evenings from 5.30pm until 9pm. There are numerous restaurants close to the property including the Country Barn, an IHOP and Logan’s Roadhouse. Safe deposit boxes are available at the 24-hour front desk.

From Amarillo International Airport (AMA) 16 miles: Exit the airport and turn right on Airport Blvd, right onto Interstate 40 West to Exit #65, Coulter Road. Go through one light, stay on Frontage Road and turn right into Courtyard parking lot.
