Once a very grand hotel in the bygone Route 66 era, everything is still in place but the maintenance hasn't sustained it's beauty. Once there were beautiful dining room chairs, those have now been replaced with cheaper convention style chairs, and this seems to be the trend in this hotel. A wonderful value hotel, an inexpensive place to stay with a top notch continental breakfast but missing the elegance of years passed. The staff is dedicated and does their best to make you feel at home. They have very affordable rates and offer extended stay rates that are even better. This hotel still holds much of it's character though shrouded behind a bit of dust and old age. It won't suite those used to the finer things but will offer nostalgia to travelers of the late 60's early 70's.

One of the most beautiful aspects of this hotel is the garden atrium with a koi fountain at one end. It is only lit by natural lighting which limits the amount of enjoyment in the later evening. The theater style banquet hall accomidates from 150 to 200 people, the cocktail reception from 25 to 50, the banquete from 150 to 200. There are 5 meeting rooms available, 1 ballroom available and have a special group check in. They also offer audio equipment, video equipment, and theme parties.
