The staff is professional and quite positive. The building is relatively old. The balconies at each room are nice. The neighboorhood doesn't appear very safe at night. Rooms are adequately comfortable.

Amarillo East Travelodge Accommodations
The hotel is a two story building housing 96 guestrooms. All rooms feature Cable and Satellite TV with a DVD/VCR for entertaiment. You can store away cold drinks in the refrigerator or make yourself some coffee with the machine provided. All local calls from your room are complimentary. Rooms also feature patios.

If don't feel like going out for a meal you might want to give the hotel restaurant a shot, which offers delicious home cooking. If you visit during the summer you get privelege of using the hotel's outdoor pool. If you have dirty clothes with you during your stay that you hope to wear, you can take care of them at the laundry room provided or you can ask to have them cleaned by the staff. Guests can also use a free fax machine. The hotel is also wheelchair friendly. The hotel offers RV and truck parking facilities.
