Nice hotel enjoyed our stay will use again.

We were visiting family so we were not at the hotel except to sleep, but it was very centrally located and easy to find. The room was nicely furnished and clean. My only complaint was that the mattress on the bed was too hard. They had a cushioned mattress cover on it, but all it did was make it add more bulk so that the fitted sheet kept popping off the corner of the mattress throughout the night. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or with children.

Fantastic location - easy access to Interstate.

Bed was uncomfortable.

The Hilton Garden Inn/Allen can be highly recommended for its wonderful amenities and extremely comfortable beds and rooms. Guests appreciate the high quality bedding, and business guests especially like the executive chair and ottoman in the work desk area. The shower is also a good size, and towels are of good quality. On the downside, the main complaint is that the Inn is NOISY. The walls are so "thin" that you can hear the alarm clock from the room next door go off; and depending on what side of the building you are on, the outside traffic noise can be quite loud. A beautiful place with friendly staff and great amenities, but noisy.
