We wanted a cheap hotel with a good location to the galleria shopping mall. We got what we wanted. No problems except the towels feel like sandpaper.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and immaculate linens. The front desk service is fantastic at any time of day or night, and they will help with whatever you need. The continental breakfast in the morning has many choices and is very fresh. The location is great, in a nice area with several other hotels, only a few blocks from the main highway. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic front desk service, even very late at night. Excellent housekeeping. Very quiet, nice rooms.

Popular with kids after prom.

The Country Inn Suites Addison is a good choice for travelers (business or vacationers) who appreciate cleanliness, comfort, and being spoiled with special amenities (such as complimentary evening beverages and appetizers in the lobby by the fireplace). It is within close proximity to several good restaurants, shopping areas, and corporate offices. The hotel is also within a short drive to the Cavanaugh Flight Museum and the Dallas World Aquarium. There is a small meeting room for business or social functions.

The four-story Country Inn Suites in Addison features 102 air-conditioned guest rooms (77 standard guest rooms and 25 guest suites). Each room features cable TV, complimentary high-speed internet access, a coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, data ports, mini-fridge, microwave, and desks with ergonomic chairs. The Executive Suites also feature a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. Cribs can be requested, and wake-up service is available. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the entire facility is clean.

The Country Inn Suites in Addison can be highly recommended. It unexpectedly surprises guests with its incredible clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Visitors are actually surprised at how nice the hotel is. Its country decor is very cozy, and the little special amenities are very appreciated (complimentary beverages and light snacks on Monday through Thursday evenings in the lobby which is very cozy with a spacious sitting area and fireplace). The breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts. The staff is friendly and polite--which combined with the extreme cleanliness and comfort is a definite plus. A few guests have complained of the walls being thin (hearing loud TV's next door, etc.), but this is relatively minor compared to the positives of this hotel.
