This motel needs a complete overhaul! Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable, and Bbedding was old and worn. The door would not lock and there was a gap that light came through. The rooms were not very well insulated and you could hear the noisy street traffic at night. The air conditioner also made noise the whole time it was running. Probably one of the worst stays I have experienced. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable and the price was great. Breakfast staff was very helpful.

One of the greatest places I've ever stayed for the price. Breakfast was terrific, staff friendly and helpful. Location was just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, but conveniently located next to a shopping center. Definitely give this place a try.

We had a great stay at the hotel. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. We even added an extra night to our stay and plan to stay there again in the fall!!

located at northern, quiet end of S'ville-Pigeon Forge strip. Very friendly staff. In-room coffee is bad. Breakfast room a bit claustrophobic. Not a good location for walking to restaurants, shows, shops, etc.
Best room at the worst location in the place - posted on 05/04/2006
It was first time visiting the Pigeon Forge area for me, we were looking for a king size suite with a hot tub and we found a great one with an even better price. We had a blast, until we tried to go to sleep, the main route going to Gatlinburg was less than 20 feet away from our window. You can forget about sleeping in past 7 O'clock, I cannot believe the best room in the place is located at the end of the building that is so close to the main route through town.

My Fiance and I decided at the last minute to go to the Smokies. We found the room online about 30 min. before we left. We saw a picture of the room online(king, Jacuzzi tub, and fireplace). It suprised us that the room was ab big as it was. Service was wonderful. We were also suprised to find the breakfast to be as good as it was. We came back home and told plenty of people that it was a clean, nice hotel that was very easy on the pocketbook.

Motel is very old. All rooms open to the outside and are close to the parkway. This makes for a very noisy stay. Staff is very rude. Beds are old and very lumpy. Avoid this place.

Maids start banging on all doors at 7 a.m. Very rude desk clerks. Breakfast continually crowded with large tour bus groups, and only donuts and coffee offered to guests. False advertising, because this place does not provide high-speed internet access. Very old property, many things broken, like air conditioning, plumbing, TVs, etc. Avoid this place.

Great Price. Clean. Convenient Location. Friendly & Helpful Staff. My wife and I were looking to spend our $$ during our two-day visit on shopping, food, and our other interests--not the motel room. This motel does that for you. We only had one problem (with the room iron and a shirt) and the motel staff made sure it was settled to our satisfaction. If I had to improve anything, it would have to be the bed mattresses. Sorry, but the particular bed in our room was more like a bag full of coconuts supported by two short saw horses. However, I would definitely recommend this motel.

We pulled in to this motel to find a bunch of kids and parents roaming around talking, laughing and playing. The motel was booked full because of a nearby basketball tourney. We thought we would be kept awake all night by loud kids running around, but we didn't hear a peep all night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms were very old and small. We had a nice stay in what turned out to be a VERY busy tourist town! The continental breakfast was great, too. We were happy and got the best price of our entire 10 day trip here!!

The dining area was too small for our family to even sit together and the heat in the room couldn't be regulated. It either blew continuously and made it too hot or we had to cut it off and wake up cold. Other than that it was a nice stay. The donuts were wonderful for breakfast.

We decided on a last-minute weekend getaway and chose this hotel because of the rates. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of rooms/grounds and friendly staff. There was a separate building (which was clean and beautifully decorated) where they served breakfast. There was a very nice, friendly lady who took care of restocking the breakfast items as needed and provided info (re: attractions, shopping, etc.) to the guests. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
