This hotel was super clean and smelled really good. I was surprised that there was a coffee pot and fridge in every room. The only complaint I had (if any) is that this hotel is a little older and could do with an update in the near future. The staff was also really nice and helpful.
The cleanliness and treatment by the staff were beyond my expectations.
The beds were not the most comfortable, but other qualities made up for it.

Angel
I loved it here. The location was close to the outlets and pigeon forge. The only drawback was the traveling distance to the national forest which is where we like to spend a great deal of time. We probably will reserve a room here next time! The hotel staff, all of them were wonderful and went out of their way to say hi!

Too far from Gatlinburg or National Forest.

The property shows quite obvious signs of age and features outside entrances. Public areas are well appointed, especially the breakfast area, and the landscaped grounds on the outside are very nice. Staff members are friendly and extraordinarily helpful which can be attributed to attentive owners, who can often be found around the hotel. Accommodations are quite spacious, feature large bathrooms, and are neat and clean. The pool area is inviting and well-kept.
