Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful. We loved the view from the balcony.

I very much enjoyed staying at the Comfort Suites. The service was nice, the breakfast was more than satisfactory and the rooms were excellent. I would definitely plan to stay there again.
It was clean, neat, and in a very convenient location.
The balcony was small. Otherwise, it was excellent!

The location was very nice on the top of a hill overlooking the strip. The hot water was not working properly and out of three nights we had to call the front desk twice to call maintenance. The outdoor pool was not in operation. Otherwise the hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable.

All the suites have high-speed Internet access, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, telephone with voicemail, microwave oven, refrigerator and television with cable news and movie channels. Some suites have the added benefit of a whirlpool bathtub. Handicap accessible suites are available.

This hotel has an indoor heated swimming pool, indoor hot tub, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and a game room. The 24-hour front desk has information on area events and attractions. Other amenities include a business center with copy and fax machines available for guest use, a coin-operated laundry, daily housekeeping and ice and vending machines. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here. There is a Cracker Barrel adjacent to the property and other places to eat nearby include a Ruby Tuesdays, the Flying Horse, O’Charley’s, the Blue Moose Sports Bar and a TGI Fridays.

This is a good hotel in a quieter location a block away from Pigeon Forge’s Parkway and provides quality suites at an affordable price. This is the view of many visitors who stayed in this popular Tennessee town and they were impressed by the terrific service they received from the friendly and efficient team of employees. There were some minor moans that some of the accommodation was in need of updating. Despite this most guests had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
