We stayed for one night ... the beds were awesome ... most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel (except for the beds at Biltmore Inn!). The rooms were extremely comfortable and we had the best night's rest of the whole trip.

My girlfriends and I planned a "get-away" weekend to Pigeon Forge and I booked the hotel rooms. The rooms at Fairfield Inn were awesome -- roomy enough for 4 to a room and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Thanks for a awesome night's rest!

Close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg activities. Clean, and friendly desk staff. Mix up on arrival but sorted out with no problems. Pool clean and clean rooms and smelled nice the whole hotel. Highly recommended and good hot breakfast. Thank you.

This hotel was very clean and very convient. This was a very nice hotel for the price. We stayed at another hotel for 3 times the price and it didn't come close to this hotel. There is also one in Gatlinburg that is just as nice. Have no worries when staying here. Only tip, get to breakfast early the dining area fills up fast!

I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. What the website is worng about is the fact they have a pool. It had a bit to much of plant life (Leaves) but It’s overall very nice.

We booked 2 queen extended suites for 2 moms and 3 teenage girls. The rooms were very nice, if a bit small. The bed was THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! Decent breakfast, good rate.

Everything was good;very clean rooms;good service; very nice staff. Good location. We had a very pleasant trip.
