The 88-room Fairfield Inn and Suites Pigeon Forge is at the entrance to Pigeon Forge at Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and provides affordable accommodation well suited to families on vacation or the business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Dollywood theme park, the Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, Nascar Speedpark, the Miracle Theater, Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Wonderworks Museum.

Many guests said this Fairfield offers good value for money, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the cheerful crew of employees proved that good ol’ Southern hospitality survives in Pigeon Forge. Those who paid a little more a king Jacuzzi suite with a fireplace said it was money well spent. There were some complaints that the rooms were small, as was the swimming pool. All the guestrooms, and nine suites, have a well-lit work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, coffee and tea making facilities, television with cable movie and news channels, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer. Some rooms have the added benefit of a fireplace and a Jacuzzi.
