Compared to other hotels in the area, it was over priced. The rooms were very narrow and small, you couldn't pass each other at the end of the beds. The indoor pool was basically a kiddy pool. But, the beds were comfortable, there was a micro fridge, it was clean and well kept. Breakfast was skimpy.
It was clean and had friendly staff.
The rooms were very small and the pool was a joke!

The room was very clean. The beds were hard and made my back hurt. The bathroom area where the sink and mirror was is very small and not any room to lay your things when getting ready. There was a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board in the room. The view from our window was not good, it was on the back of the hotel. The pool was nice for the little kids but very small. It looked a lot bigger in the pictures. Overall it was a ok for the price.

This was the Econo Lodge Parkside before joining the Super 8 chain. The property gets great reviews for its affordable rates and many visitors said it proved to be ideal for a short stay. The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The helpful and efficient team of employees gave good advice about the sightseeing opportunities and many families said they planned to return to this lodge on future visits to the Smoky Mountains.
