It was about what I expected for the price I paid. It wasn't luxurious, and it kind of smelled (but we were in a smoking unit) but overall it was nice. The Jacuzzi was so relaxing and so was the bed. The sheets felt like Egyptian cotton. The fireplace was my favorite part. We turned it on even though it wasn't that cold in the room. It looked so real! The soap actually smelled good! I loved that we had our own coffee maker and coffee packets. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. I would probably stay there again, but only for the king Jacuzzi suite.

I loved the Jacuzzi and fireplace. It was very pretty. And the bed was so comfortable.

The front desk lady wasn't as polite as she could have been. It seemed like we disrupted her from what she was doing when we came to check it.

The 105-room Inn Express Hotel and Suites Pigeon Forge is located near the Dollywood theme park and provides affordable accommodation for both families on vacation and the business traveler. This Holiday Inn Express gets many repeat customers which is always a great recommendation. And the reasons families and couples return here are the favorable prices and the friendly and efficient team of employees. Earlier complaints about the property looking a little dated stopped when the hotel completed a major renovation. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet makes a great start to a morning in the Smoky Mountains.
