Best location for visiting Vanderbilt.The rooms are new - great beds and bathrooms. Nice hotel bar.

I reserved a deluxe room that stated it had a King bed AND 2 double beds for $*. When I arrived our room had a king bed only. When I asked for the room as stated on our reservation, I was told it would be $300/night. The "deluxe room" they offered was tiny. Even after seeing the manager I could not get an upgrade for the price I was promised. I showed them my reservation and they were indifferent.

I stayed at this hotel, and have to say its the best hotel in Nashville. The rooms are rommy and very clean, the bed are comfrontable, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and soap. The staff is very professional and friendly. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting Nashville.

I stayed at this hotel on my wedding night along with all of the out of town guests. We were treated horribly, not allowed to the hospitality suite my mother-in-law paid extra for and we were called "the high maintenance wedding party" by an employee.

Staying there with 3 children was not so bad. We had plenty of room, great service and convenience to most downtown attractions! We'd stay there again!
