Great location, phenomenal beds - but overall, not what I would expect of a four-star hotel - especially for what I paid.

Great hotel! I was hoping for something a little closer to 'downtown' which is Broadway. Broadway is not within walking distance so cabs are a must. Though they have valet parking the shopping center adjacent works fine if you don't want to valet. If you are in town for a Vandy football game this is your hotel. We had a great view of the stadium and one could easily watch the entire game with clarity without leaving ones room.It was a Marriott and I have come to expect a certain decor and level of comfort with Marriott and I was not disappointed.
The hotel was a Marriott and was everything I have come to expect from Marriott:clean, down pillows, soft matress!!!

This is a very nice hotel. It is a great location in the heart of Vanderbilt campus, especially the athletic facilities. The rooms are being upgraded with flat screen TV's and much more. It will be extra nice. They offer a nice shuttle to downtown. The nice thing about the shuttle is you are in a Suburban and not a bus. I will return to this hotel!

This is probably Nashville’s premier hotel and now that the construction is complete, it will no doubt maintain that position. Those who have stayed here say the facilities and service and worth the price. Words of advice from previous clients: Pay the extra dollars for valet parking and save the hassle of trying to find the parking garage.
