The 301-room Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt University is located in the center of vibrant midtown and in the heart of Nashville's West End. The 11-story, non-smoking hotel overlooks the historic Vanderbilt University campus and stadium, one of America's leading private colleges. The full-service hotel has facilities to suit the upmarket business and leisure traveler. The property has over 11,500 square feet of meeting and banquet facilities capable of accommodating 400 guests. The property is within walking distance of some of the finest restaurants and attractions in Nashville. The hotel has two concierge levels, complete with a private lounge. Nearby attractions include four golf courses, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Grand Ole Opry and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

This is probably Nashville’s premier hotel and now that the construction is complete, it will no doubt maintain that position. Those who have stayed here say the facilities and service and worth the price. All the guestrooms, and six suites, have a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, 32-inch flat screen with cable movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, coffee and tea making facilities and a hairdryer.
