Staff was polite and courteous. Room was very clean. Big complimentary breakfast, nice surroundings. My children enjoyed the pool the most.

When we checked in, everyone was polite. I felt like staff works really well together to maintain a professional environment.

I really could not find anything wrong and I do look.

Not everyone had a good time at this Comfort Inn. There were complaints about dark and dingy hallways and poor housekeeping. The good news is that many guests had a fine time here and were impressed with the speedy and friendly service they received from the front desk. Many clients said their rooms were clean and the rates reasonable and as a result they would stay here again on future visits to Nashville.
