We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was roomy. The price was a value for what we got. The staff was very nice and seemed to go out of their way to help us. My family would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was great. It smelled so clean and the room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. The room was big and nice. Also the price was wonderful. Good breakfast. Great location between the Opryland Mall and downtown. We will be back and recommed this to everyone!!

Requested low floor got 5th, horrible smoke odor throughout floor and room, front desk very rude.

Our stay was just one night.It was a very pleasant experience. Any future traveling we do requiring overnight stays you can rest assured Springhill Suites will be our first choice for acomadations. Our best to you and the staff at Nashville Springhill Suites.

Nice, new hotel with larger-than-average pool. The "suites" are oversized rooms with a couch, fridge, and microwave, but I'd take that over a regular room at a comparably priced hotel. Beds are small and pillows cheap.
