I was on the road for three weeks and this hotel was one of the best. I got a great price and everything about the place was top-notch. Definitely one to recommend!

The room was clean, comfortable, and pre-cooled! Very friendly staff, too!

No bellman and only two luggage carts. But it was a minor inconvenience.

There were things I really liked about this hotel (location/beds/hot breakfast), but it fell short of my expectations in a few ways. Customer service left something to be desired. When we arrived, we were put in a double bed room and we had previously called to ask for a King. It also just felt like no one that built/managed/owned that hotel ever sat down in a room and thought about what the typical traveler would want. In a town that revolves around tours and show times, there definitely needs to be a clock in the room. A tiny trashcan in the bathroom just didn't cut it. And my biggest pet peeve don't have signs up promoting a service if you aren't going to follow through. In the breakfast area, there was a sign that advertised "Breakfast to go and Trays Available". When I asked for the "to-go" container, I just got a blank stare. When I asked for a tray, the lady told me that they didn't have any.

Comfy beds and fresh linens. Short walk to downtown. Hot breakfast was nice.

No clocks or trashcans in the room. $14/day parking. Employees were not very friendly. Slow elevators. Smelly hallways.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn. It was my birthday so a few of my friends and
I stayed there so we could enjoy Nashville because we live about 1 hour south. The hotel was very nice and it was great to have a shuttle bus to take you downtown. I have stayed there 2 other times and I have always enjoyed it.

I liked that it was close to downtown.

I cant think of anything.

The 287-room Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville is a short walk from many downtown entertainment attractions and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this seven-story hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, a shuttle to nearby offices and attractions, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and in-room tea and coffee. There are five meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 400 guests. This hotel was formerly the Ramada Inn and Conference Center. It got good reviews then and it continues to receive them under the Holiday Inn Express banner. Many guests say this is one of the best places to stay in downtown Nashville. The rooms are well equipped, squeaky clean and reasonably priced. Clients appreciated the courtesy shuttle bus which visits most local attractions and offices and it was particularly welcome when it was raining. There were good reviews about the hot breakfast buffet and several first time visitors said that this inn will be their hotel of choice on future visits to the area.
