The 287-room Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville is a short walk from many downtown entertainment attractions and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this seven-story hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, a shuttle to nearby offices and attractions, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and in-room tea and coffee. There are five meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 400 guests. Nearby landmarks and attractions include Sommet Center, Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Tennessee State Capitol, Wildhorse Saloon, The Parthenon, Music Row, the Grand Ole Opry and Vanderbilt University.

This hotel was formerly the Ramada Inn and Conference Center. It got good reviews then and it continues to receive them under the Holiday Inn Express banner. Many guests say this is one of the best places to stay in downtown Nashville. The rooms are well equipped, squeaky clean and reasonably priced. Clients appreciated the courtesy shuttle bus which visits most local attractions and offices and it was particularly welcome when it was raining.
