The Nashville Travelodge was THE WORST hotel i have EVER been to! There was hair on the walls of the bathroom as well as on the toilet. There were stains on the walls from who knows what. Disgusted by this point, we decided to stay at another hotel. The staff refused to refund our money. Although not an option for us, they would not even switch our room. We then called "Customer Service" and they would only refund us HALF of our money. This place is DISGUSTING and if anything goes wrong don't expect for it to get resolved. They lack a customer service department.

Horrible. Just horrible. We did not expect much for the cost, but we did expect to at least have clean towels and ice. The ice machine was broken. The "attendant" took the ice bucket from my husband and held it under the dispenser for about five minutes. One cube of ice came out. He then handed it back to my husband like that was acceptable. Room was filthy. Per the big sign outside the hotel had just been renovated. Maybe they missed our room. It was nasty. Smelled horrible. stain ON THE WALL.
