Best Western Airport in Nashville Tennessee

customer service lacking/ice machines & beverage machines/ not working/no ventilation in rooms/iron-not working. Had 2nd night reservation and cancelled it.Wouldn't recommend

The hotel was fine - fit our needs perfectly. However, I attended a weekend meeting elsewhere in Nashville. I made the reservation at Best Western for my husband and grandson. When they checked out, my husband was asked for his credit card, and charged again for the room. They had our reservation so I don't understand why they didn't understand that it had been paid for already. Jo A. Perry
