This was the fourth Courtyard we had stayed in on our way up and back to Chicago from Atlanta. By far, the most disappointing. The rooms need updating; very small and higher in price than some of the others. Staff was great, but hotel needs work.

This hotel is fine, but has no atmosphere with no type of view, etc. You feel like you are in a cheaper hotel because of the surroundings. However, the staff was great and very friendly and helpful. I saw that one reviewer said the beds weren't comfortable, but I thought they were much better than more expensive hotels we have visited.

my two girlfriends and I spent three nights at this hotel and were very, very happy with the front desk's helpfulness and kindness. We had a great time!

We had reservations at this hotel and were very disappointed. I booked here because of other reviews and boy were they wrong. Very outdated rooms, no place for breakfast, and bad smelling. We checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Overall, our experience with this hotel was good. Some areas needed improvement. We had a king size bed with a balcony. The screen was broken off the balcony door. The room was VERY musty. The bed was not a comfortable as most Courtyards. The tub drain was completely broken and you could not block the drain to run a bath. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the complimentary shuttle service to Opryland hotel. Given the choice I would probably not stay in this hotel again and would opt for one of the other hotels in the area.

We stay at this hotel a couple of times each year. One of them being last week. We were thinking to change our plans to take our children for the upcoming weekend because the hotel was booked up, but we waited a couple of days and called back and they were able to accomodate us.

My husband and I have stayed here for our anniversary the last 2 years. Excellent experience each time. We planned to go back this weekend with the children, but unfortunately they were already booked. Almost makes us want to plan a different weekend so that we can stay with them again.
