Over all expierence was very good. The room was clean, the continental breakfast was also very good. The staff was very helpful and courtesy. They do need to update the cable TV.

Check-in was easy, room was very nice, clean and each bed had 4 pillows. This was probably the softest, most comfortable bed I've ever slept on for an overnight stay. Also a nice flat screen TV. One problem was there was not a vent in the bathroom, so when showering it fogged up horribly. Just a minor inconvenience.

This hotel advertises transportation to airport and Opryland, but poor communication between desk and drivers left us waiting hours. Room did NOT smell fresh! Dirty carpeting maybe? Would not stay here again.

We stayed three nights and found a comfortable, clean, affordable room with a good continental breakfast each day. It's only a short drive to Opryland and Opry Mills. We would stay there again.

The rooms were clean; breakfast was more than adequate; Close and convenient to Grand Old Oprey; price was right for our budget.

This hotel was a great place to stay. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. The only thing that needs improvement was the space for the continental breakfast, it was very small for the amount of people staying there. But other than that we would stay there again with out hesitation!
