Great location - just a short walk to all downtown Nashville attractions. Very friendly staff and valet service. We booked this hotel at a lesser rate than other downtown hotels.

Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast, convenient to the convention center, good for families on a budget and business travelers who need a place to sleep and an early breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and I had a spider in my room.

Staff was kind and friendly. Service was excellent. Decorations a bit outdated, and having only one elevator inconvenient at times. Overall a good experience and nice place.

Excellent location. very accessible for Downtown venues.

The major problem at this downtown hotel has been noise from a nearby construction site. Hopefully by the time you read this the work will be completed and those who complained they couldnt sleep will return. This Best Western gets good reviews about affordable rates, well equipped rooms and a cheerful crew of employees who have helpful hints about the nearby attractions and the best place to dine and shop. Many guests enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and said it made a great start to a morning in Nashville.
