Aside from one less than helpful front desk clerk, hotel is excellent. Great location in heart of city, close enough to walk to Beale Street w/o the noise when you're ready for bed. Great staff, rooms are nice, free breakfast is worth eating and happy hour for quick sandwich and beer if you like. I'll stay here from now on.

Great place to stay if in Downtown Memphis. Plenty of room and comfortable. Hot breakfast and hot tub on the roof to top it off!

Guests at this Residence Inn were impressed by this historic Residence Inn, the Southern hospitality and the reasonable rates. The trolley, which stopped outside the hotel, provided easy transportation to the city sights and restaurants. Most guests said they will return to this hotlel on future visits to Memphis and recommend the property to other travelers.
