The Springhill Suites by Marriott Memphis Downtown comprises 149 suites each with a small kitchen and separate areas for living and sleeping. The seven-story, non-smoking hotel caters to both the business traveler and families on vacation. The property is on the trolley line at Court Square, near Cook Convention Center and FedEx Forum. Items included with the room rate are a full American breakfast, or a breakfast to-go bag, high speed Internet access, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. All the suites come with pantry area, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, large work desk with Internet access, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, pullout sofa bed, two-line telephone with voicemail, CD player, television with cable news and movie channels and pay-per-view movies.
