Very impressed with friendliness of staff at front desk. They were very helpful with recommendations of nice restaurants in the area and directions. We were always greeted when we entered or left the hotel. The suite was very spacious and clean. Our stay was very nice and we definitely would go back.

Excellent location in Downtown Memphis, and Riverfront.

Everything was great.

This hotel was very nice...friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The location was great and the surroundings beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Memphis.

The hotel was very clean, surrounded by beautiful buildings right across the street from the Mississippi River. The beds were awesome.

It was a bit of a maze to get to my room, but nothing I couldn't handle.

The Springhill Suites by Marriott Memphis Downtown comprises 149 suites each with a small kitchen and separate areas for living and sleeping. The seven-story, non-smoking hotel caters to both the business traveler and families on vacation. The property is on the trolley line at Court Square, near Cook Convention Center and FedEx Forum. Visitors to this SpringHill Suites loved the location, right in the center of Memphis and said the rates were competitive with neighboring properties. There were complements for the efficient and friendly employees and the clean and comfortable accommodation.
