It is a beautiful hotel. The lobby was nice and the fact that they served starbucks was excellent. Everything was clean. I even saw a lady dusting the floor boards off. I was impressed.
The view of the rooms, cleanliness, and friendliness
Our room did not have a fridgerator or anything. I expected it to.

Modern design, comfortable beds, all the conveniences of a modern hotel. Multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor pool, fountain and gazebo fun to watch while getting ready to go out at night. Close to good shopping and good restaurants. Safe neighborhood with patrolled lot.
I loved the view of the pool and the fountain with ducks and a gazebo.
There was a problem with our shower; internet would not work in room.

Travelers to Memphis who have stayed at the Hilton have been much impressed with the impressive lobby and the updated accommodation which has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation. Some were not so happy with the higher rates but said the views of the Memphis skyline from the rooms – with their floor to ceiling windows – were spectacular. Top marks for a well-trained team of efficient and helpful employees.
