The rooms are great and the staff is pleasant but they do not clean the rooms daily. We were left for 3 days with the same linens, towels, and trash. Don't get me wrong, I like this place alot but the service during the stay is not up to par.
front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly.
once you enter the rooms, they're not cleaned again until you leave.

Good location for my needs but quality was more of a 1-star hotel. The internet connection, for which I had to pay extra, was unstable and not worth the fee. The staff was very nonresponsive to requests.

I had a good experience staying in Homestead inn. I was moved by the helpfulness of the hotel staff. One of the receptionist even wrote down the directions to several locations in Memphis on a paper for me and that was so kind. The rooms were large and tidy having all the stuff required for a healthy stay. I and my friends enjoyed our stay there and I have nothing against Homestead inn, I will surely recommend people to consider that as their staying option.
The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were equipped with all the amenities required to be in a studio apartment. Nice location too.
I was expecting that there will be a hair dryer in the bathroom..but disappointed. When there is everything in the room then why leave hair dryer.

All the suites come with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, stovetop and a refrigerator. Dining and cooking utensils are provided. Other amenities include work desk, Internet access for a fee, hairdryer, iron and full size ironing board, IDD telephone with voicemail and cable TV.

The reception office is open from 7am until 11pm seven days a week and can assist with mail delivery and fax and copying services. There is a coin laundry on-site. Housekeeping services are limited but should you want extra cleaning it can be provided at an additional fee. There is a fitness club nearby which offers special rates to hotel guests.

The price is right, the accommodation spacious, and the staff is helpful and friendly. ThatÂ’s the good news from those who have stayed here. The bad news is that the property is not located in a very good neighborhood and there are no restaurants nearby. Those who return say they stay here because the prices are much lower than they would be for similar accommodation in downtown Memphis.
