We read the bad reviews before we left, but we liked the location and the price so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! Our room was clean and ready when we arrived, and the staff was courteous. We'll probably stay there again!

Worst hotel ever! The room and couch reaked of foul odors. Pool appeared filthy with a green film. Cracked tile in bathroom and faucets that nearly came off in your hands. Complaint made to the front desk and 800 number to no avail. 100% guarantee is a huge joke and lie. I'm contacting the Better Business Association in TN. Horrible experience.

Hotel was shabby. Pool was filthy. Housekeeping did poor job of cleaning rooms. Entire hotel needs to be renovated.

Shabby is the word. Stains and mildew, discourteous staff, and our non smoking room became a smoking one even though we called ahead to re-confirm our reservations.

Properties like this are why the Comfort franchise name is meaningless. From the weed infested landscaping to the broken and missing tiles as well as mold in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds and non working elevator, this is not a well run hotel. Breakfast bar was good however. Would not stay her again and I do not trust the Comfort Inn and Suites name.

Not only were the rooms shabby & worn, the price I was given when I booked my room online was not honored when I checked out & mngmnt has not responded to my complaint.

First experience here 2 yrs ago was fine. Property has deteriorated tremendously since. Rooms and furniture were dirty and dingy. Pool was cold. Floors too dirty to take shoes off. If you stay, bring lots of Lysol to disinfect everything. After checking in our first trip out was to the store to purchase a large can! Front desk staff was courteous and helpful, but management style is questionable. We did not feel safe and we will not be returning for a third stay here.

We stayed in many hotels on our recent trip and this was the worst by far! Rooms were filthy and falling apart. Elevator seemed unsafe and had a makeshift foam floor in it. Felt very unsafe so put furniture in front of door. Had a terrible night sleep as people were shouting in the halls all night long. No one knew how to turn on the lights in the freezing cold indoor pool area and the water sure didn't look like it had been cleaned. I just couldn't wait until morning to check out!

Teenagers running in hallways all hours, constant smell in the hallways, false fire alarm pulled at 4am, housekeeping did not even clean the bathroom, staff not paying attention to guest, continental breakfast had 2 day old rock hard biscuit!!! Not a good place for even a dog to stay!!!

Arriving in the room it looked like it had not been cleaned. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed. After further inspection, the beds sheets had evidence that indicated they had not been changed. We change the bed sheets after going down to get the sheets ourselves. Water was standing in the bath tub apparently from the person(s) before us. Tub was damaged and would not drain after showering. The pool was another disappointment. The water was cloudy and had dirt on the bottom. Overall it was a unpleasant experience. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Upon arrival was given a room with very damp floor, mold in bathroom area. Given another room with mold in bathroom area. 3rd room was missing chair. Pool advertized as heated was cold and bottom dirty. Told desk of problem and was never corrected during 3 day stay.Breakfast buffet and social hour was only good feature of motel. Would not go back to that motel again.

Overall, the hotel service was good, however, we stayed on a Labor Day weekend and it was very crowded with larger groups of young adults who were up to mischief, which took away from the relaxing weekend it could have been. The rooms were clean and it was convenient to the interstate, however, restaurants were very difficult to find, unless you only liked fast food.
