The 79 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott East Galleria is located next to the Wolfchase Galleria Mall and provides spacious accommodation for families on vacation and the business traveler. The non-smoking hotel is a short drive from popular attractions including Graceland, Beale Street, downtown Memphis, Mud Island, Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, Sun Studio, Coors Brewery and local casinos. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a hot breakfast buffet, local telephone calls, parking and a morning newspaper. The three-story property is close to major businesses including FedEx, Brother, the Chrysler Training Center and Keebler. Each of the suites has a separate sleeping area and is equipped with a kitchenette.

This is a popular spot for families. If you want a quiet swimming pool without youngsters, then this may no be the place for you. Former visitors said the staff was friendly and efficient. Many like the kitchenette, which enabled them to eat in. Location is good near shopping and restaurants. Minor complaint was that the hotel is hard to find, particularly at night. All the suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two telephones with voicemail and a pantry with mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. Other amenities include cable television with movies channels and pay-per-view movies, hairdryer, alarm clock, wet bar and in-room safe.

There is an indoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and fitness center. Breakfast is the only meal served here but there are numerous restaurants nearby including the Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, Red Lobster and a Starbucks. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. There is a picnic area with a barbecue grill, coin-operated laundry and fax and copying machines available for guest use.
