This hotel has seen better days. It certainly was not what I would call a three star hotel. The staff deserves a lot of credit for being so friendly and cheerful with what they had to work with. I would hesitate ever staying in a Wyndham Hotel ever again.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep. The toilets had to be flushed 4 times after each use.

We enjoyed our stay and would choose Wyndham Garden Hotel - Memphis again.

It was approximately one block from the trolley.

The elevator door "crashed" shut...evidently the rubber stripping was worn out.

This hotel was conveniently located with good parking facilities. The rooms were large and very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating.

This upscale hotel provides an array of state-of-the-art facilities for business and pleasure. Many visitors liked neat and tidy rooms with cozy beds, city and pool views, well-maintained fitness center, clean pool, fresh and hot breakfast, complimentary shuttle, prompt excellent service and location. However, other guests reported some issues requiring attention of the management: dirty rooms, pricey cold substandard food, poor service (restaurant and room), self-parking fee and billing for incidental services never used.
