The overall experience of the hotel was good. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and the security was a good plus. The room was clean. Very efficiently lay out. Wireless high speed internet was a surprise. Would stay again for the convenient location.
The security and front desk clerks were helpful and polite.
The mattresses were not very comfortable.

Convenient to downtown Memphis, and near many of the main attractions. Basic no frills, hotel but service is good, staff are friendly. Didn't really partake of the breakfast (didn't have time).

This is a hidden gem of a hotel in downtown Memphis and those who have stayed here are impressed with the renovations that make it modern and very comfortable. There were some minor moans that the rooms were small. But they are well-equipped and reasonably priced for the top location close to all the city’s major attractions. The staff is commended by many visitors for being professional and friendly and having helpful hints about the best places to shop and dine.
