The hotel was in a great place. It was in the middle of everything. I love convenience and convenient the hotel was.

The residence inn is located in an excellent location. Keep up the good work on the breakfast selection. The room in which I stayed was very appealing.
The continental breakfast was excellent and the kids enjoyed the basketball court.

Earlier complaints about the tired looking rooms have stopped thanks to some renovations. Plus points are the affordable rates, with many items included, location close to the airport and a team of friendly and efficient employees. Light sleepers beware: The hotel is close to the railroad tracks and the Tennessee choo choos run throughout the night,
