Even though not located in the best part of town this hotel had everything you could ask for. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable

Luckily, we talked to someone from Memphis before checking in. The location was just awful! Bars, strip clubs, rampant crime area. Not a place I wanted to spend time in.

Under new management so staff needs more training,but very friendly & gets A for effort. Due to mixup we were moved to new rooms 3x but they comped us a night. All rooms were clean & stocked.Take advantage of the shuttle & Cadillac ride to BBQ! We'll be back.

This hotel is dirty and in a very dangerous part of town. The staff are rude and lazy. Rooms are disgusting. Don't stay here !

AAA 3 Diamonds is false ,call AAA and verify, dirty ,no hot water, we left with-in hour,strip joints abound

I could not believe they had this hotel listed as a 3 star hotel. IT IS NOT! it is the lowest of the low. Once you leave the lobby area and go through the double doors everything change. Dirty hall, horrible/shaky elevator. The room was dark,dirty,smells,bathroom was nasty. Left old sheets on the bedstand. When I checked out the front desk clerk was so wonderful! I was so happy to get out! Please do not book if you are a clean person.

Checked in non smoking room-went to room smelled like smoke, cigarette ashes on bathroom floor, sticky table, got a new room- cookie crumbs all over floor, water or something on dresser and remote control. They tried to be accomidating but it just wasn't good enough, we checked out!

I do not know how this got a 3 Diamond rating from AAA. The loby was very nice and warm, but otherwise the hotel is dingy, dank, and in disrepair. The sink and shower both did not even drain properly. The temprature in the elevators and hallways was unbearable. Also hotel is WAY too close to airport. FedEx planes landing every 15 min kept us awake all night. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was so bad that I just let them keep my money and went somewhere else. Blood on the sink, people opening up my room while my girlfriend was in there by herself. Bedding all up and down the hallway and a bunch of non helpful workers!!

stayed at Clarion 4 nights. One day some toilet articles were not left and another day the bathroom was not cleaned

The entire facility needs to be cleaned. The staff is not customer friendly. The smell hits you when you first enter the lobby. The pool area needs an overhaul. Why stay here if you have other options?

Don't ride in their shuttle. There is no step down from the base floor, and I fell off and broke my hip in front of Graceland. Would never stay there again, and neither should you.

No way should this hotel be a three star rated hotel. The hallways were extremely dirty. The room was fairly clean but the bed was like sleeping on plywood. The service was horrible at the front desk - could not even get a fresh set of bed linens!

This hotel was fine. I don't know how it was rated as a 3star, because it was not that high quality. The lobby is in good shape but the hallways smell and are dirty. The room was basic, not updated, bed was uncomfortable, the toilet ran all night. Not worth the money, even though it is close to Graceland. Area of town is not worth it either.

This hotel is nothing short of a dump. Please stay somewhere else. I had blood on my sink, people walking in my room without knocking, charged me for two rooms for using a towel. Couldn't stay for more than 30 minutes. Terrible unsafe, unhelpful, dirty place

Obvious soiling of carpet in hallways........Seemed to be a shortage of linens, had to wait for them twice and the last night did not get ANY linens & the front desk did not send when called, had to go get them

The breakfast bar hostess was very rude every morning. The bar closes too early. It should be more flexible to accomodate the guest and not the staff. I recommend some staff development for the hostess. She was awful!

We were very surprised with the rooms. They were large and clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Dinning room had good food. Near Graceland and the area was nice. Was afraid being so close to Graceland we would be disappointed. Would stop again.

Very disappointed!! Manager/Staff need ALOT of help w/ learning how to provide customer service to guests. Our room was very gross (torn,stained box springs, blood stain on door frame!? Broken coffee pot, faulty shower. Staff kept changing closing time of free continental breakfast - even though it is clearly stated as 10 am on information posted. Manager very "flip" - unconcerned about my complaints. Don't waste your time or $ here - i intend to write a letter to Clarion Hotel Corp. as well.

The staff was nice, but the dataport in 2 rooms didn't work. The place needs an upgrade.
