This hotel was very nice, clean, and beautiful and the staff was great!! I would stay at this hotel again and rate them excellent.

We loved the people who were very friendly and made us feel welcome and special. The concierge was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was nice. At the time of my stay there was a large family reunion going on and the attendees were rude. I didn't like that the conference room was across the lobby from the kitchen. There was too much traffic back and forth with kitchen staff. Hotel was good just disappointed in the occupants.

Bed was very comfortable.

No mini fridge.

The 319-room Marriott Memphis East provides luxury accommodation at an affordable price for the upmarket business or leisure traveler. This full-service hotel has six concierge levels where clients receive additional amenities and facilities. Many travelers who stayed at this Marriott said the location, in a quiet, safe neighborhood, was good and the prices were reasonable for the large spacious rooms. Several clients were unhappy with the dining but there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Despite this most guests said they would stay here again on future visits to Memphis and had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.
