Nice, clean place. Less than ten minutes from Beale St.
The breakfast was great!
Would have liked a room without 2 queen beds. Our feet hung off the end.

The location was great as it was a quick trip to the heart of Downtown. The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly to our young children.
The staff was exceptionally friendly.
The mattresses were old and needed to be replaced.

This was the Hampton Inn Memphis Medical Center and it got good reviews then and they continue now that the property is a Holiday Inn Express. Many clients who have stayed here say the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel offers good value. The helpful team of employees is appreciated for its friendly and efficient service with good knowledge of the area. There were some minor moans that there is a need for updating some facilities. Despite this most guests had no problem recommending the property to others.
