I would recommend family and friends to stay there if they were going to Memphis.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice.
We had a problem with the elevator once. It was corrected.

Lobby and atrium is outdated, but nice. Very sparsely decorated. The hotel had a card on the bed advertising my choice of four premium pillows. What was there was four pillows with no filling. One had a five dollar price tag on it from a local linen store. The air conditioner roared all night long. Something was messed up in it and it sounded like an airplane. Breakfast had huge servings, but the eggs had no taste. This was not a good hotel stay.
Clean, nice lobby.
Air conditioner sounded like an airplane, lousy pillows, eggs were horrible.

Accommodations
The hotel has three different types of accommodations: guestrooms, Executive Club level rooms and suites. All accommodations feature voice mails, well-lit roomy work areas, color cable / satellite televisions and coffee makers. Since there are kitchenettes in all suites guests can prepare light meals and snacks.
Amenities offered
The 33,000 square feet of onsite function space can be used for different types of events. For active leisure, there is a well-equipped health & fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool. Guests can also relax in whirlpool. Dedicated Lounge serves food and drinks 24 hours. Full-service restaurant Memphis Belle offers all three meals. Washers and dryers are available within the premises for self-laundry. You can buy gifts, sundry items, magazines and newspapers at gift shop and newsstand.
