Our stay way very nice. However, the housekeeping staff didn't restock our coffee/cups in our room. We had to go to the front desk or get it ourselves. There happened to have been a young boys football team staying at the same time. Needless to say, they were a bit loud. The front dest did address the problem. They did what they could do to keep the boys quiet. But, when you have that many it's difficult for anyone. Beyond that it was very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to major highways and airport. I would stay again. It is only a few minutes to downtown and Graceland.

This was a great hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. It is a very quite neighborhood. We felt very safe. We will definetely stay here again.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my purchase. I got a great deal on the room, over half off the regular rate. The rooms were very clean and nice. I was less than pleased with the hospitality of the staff. They put a hold on my credit card in case of incidental damages they did not tell me about, none of the staff were very friendly, and the continental breakfast they serve is $12.00 a person for what is typically free at most restraunts, and they wont let you take it back to your room.

This hotel is very nice, very very nice and its best feature is it's staff. I had such a great time and they took such good care of me! They even shuttled me almost everywhere! Great folks & a great place to stay!

If your looking for excellence in the area AND want to feel safe you can't go wrong here. My husband Hotel hopped until finding this " SLICE OF HEAVEN" as he called it. Book on line more cost affective, way more!

Booked on line for a room for 4 adults for 2 nights and when we arrived they did not have the room we reserved. Tried to upgrade us to a suite with sofa bed which would not accomodate 2 adults. The staff seemed to not really care about their error and I had to pay for a 2nd room for the first night. 2nd day got the room we reserved and asked for enough towels for 4 but they never arrived finally dried with hand towels. If you need accomodations for more than 2 people look elsewhere.

This newly refurbished and redecorated hotel was great. The bed and linens were fabulous. The breakfast buffet was very good and so convenient and fast. We had a wonderful stay.

we feel like we should have been made aware before we booked that the motel was under a major remodel.there was no restaurant no lounge . had we known we could have made a differant choice as to where to stay

The hotel staff was not knowlegable of the area. When asked for suggestions on restaurants they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. The "non-smoking" room smelled of cigarettes and the free in-room internet connect didn't work.

The hotel is nice, landscaped well, staff is polite and accomodating (breakfast staff was especially good to us). The location is great because it is at the intersection of all necessary highways. Careful, though, tough neighborhoods not too far away.

The hotel was located right off the highway. THe neighborhood wasn't so great. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. But the hotel has all you need for a stay.
