The room and whole Inn looked very good.. just remodeled. Pillowtop mattress was a nice added touch, too.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room. The staff was wonderful. The desk clerk actually researched information about the Memphis fair and called our home with the information we needed. We were very Impressed that she took her own time to help us. Breakfast was wonderful, maybe some sausage or fruit would be nice, but there was alot to chose from. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will return. Everything was very neat and clean.

I needed a light change - it was done very quickly and the front desk folks was very friendly. Needed this hotel quickly and check in was great.

There was a boy cut his foot in the pool and bled all over the place. When we told the staff they didn't seem very interested and didn't come and clean it. Also, not very many places to eat close by. We were a little disappointed with the cost compared to the cleanness of the rooms and places to eat. Rooms were cleaned every day very good, but it seemed to be in a bad part of the city. There was a strip joint just next door and a little up the road from it.
Shuttle service when they want to... - posted on 06/27/2006
Chose hotel based on it's free shuttle service, free parking to airport. Roach was in the bathroom, loud planes every few minutes, and in a nondesirable area. My husband actually looked 3 times during the night to see if our vehicle was still there, or had wheels left. Shuttle service didn't start until 6am, so since our flight left at 6:04 we just drove MEM and paid for long term parking. Hotel needs to state that the shuttle is not 24 hr service. Beds were comfortable, so that was good, but they charged us again after we had already prepaid.

This newly-renovated hotel has virtually all of the amenities you could ask for in a medium-range hotel, including microwave, fridge, and free high speed internet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Dog Barking In The Morning - posted on 10/18/2004
The bad point was being woke up an hour earlier than I wanted by a barking dog in the next room. I do not believe that dogs should be placed in rooms adjacent to someone who does not have a pet. This is not the first time this has happened to me at a Comfort Inn. When I pay to stay at a motel I do not believe that I should be bother by someone's dog. My overall expererience ranking would have been higher if not for the dog.
