Low rates and a high level of service: Many former visitors to this inn remember these two items about their stay in Knoxville. The staff got good reviews for being friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to advice on what to see and where to eat. Words of warning about the breakfast buffet: If the hotel is full, which it often is, get to the breakfast area early before the crowds.
