I thought the staff was very friendly. The continetal breakfast had a nice variety of food. The pillows were especially comfortable.

We both slept really good.

There was a very strong smell of something.

The staff was great. We had to wait for the smoking rooms to be cleaned before we could get into our rooms. Very good location, lots of dining around the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and mostly in good condition.

They need a bigger hospitality room!

Some visitors to Goodlettsville said they would never return to this Best Western because of bad service and poor housekeeping. Fortunately there were many other guests who were very happy with their stay and this enables us to give the property a YES rating. The happy clients were delighted with the low rates and friendly and efficient service they received from the front desk and said they would definitely stay here again.
